Reach out to your community...

Part 1: If you're looking for away to reach the community, look no further than Chocolate Jazz.  David an "Endorsed Performer" for Conn/Selmer, the largest manufacturing company for band instruments, will try to set up multiple school assemblies, 6th through 12th grade, reaching in the neighborhood of 400 to 1200 students (pending on the size of schools).  At the assemblies David will be conducting a mini-concert and a motivational message, lasting 35 to 45 minutes.  At the conclusion of the assemblies, David will have volunteers to hand out flyers, informing the students about the upcoming "Chocolate Jazz" concert.

Part 2: (Optional) If your interested...Prior to the Chocolate Jazz concert David will be in contact the music department of the High School, inviting to come and perform at the Chocolate Jazz concert.  This has been proven to be affective way to get parents, grandparent and family members to attend.

Media Exposure...

A strategic marketing and advertising plan is in place to generate interest and awareness of the Chocolate Jazz Fundraiser.  Included in this plan are radio and newspaper interviews with special artist.

Media Outreach...

Chocolate Jazz will provide the design work for: posters, banners, flyer’s that can be distributed throughout the local area.  Chocolate Jazz runs a website year round that generates several hits during the months prior to the event.  Your church will be listed on the website.

All we ask of you is to sell tickets and bring the refreshments, that's all !!!

Strongsville United Methodist Church

Our church sponsored a Chocolate Jazz event to benefit our local high school band students last month. We were able to raise $2,000 to help the music students toward their expenses for a trip to Florida. Working with David and his team was a great experience. Their sincere desire to use their talents to benefit others was demonstrated over and over in how they interacted with the people and went out of their way to help make it a successful event. We are already talking about what we can do next year to bring Chocolate Jazz back to Danville and make it even bigger and better next time around.
